Headed by a Russian scientist at the start for his secret research (his title means "determinedness at cost"), Dr Leonid Gorschak's research included turning Russian wine into liquor based on nuclear reactor cooling; it would be delivered, to no public comment, via "Airspace D.B. 6", a supercooled space shuttle; no mention was made about Gorschak in Soviet or Chinese press. These records did not exist when a newspaper's editors were searching the World Records for Air Transport and Cargo (RTF), so, while the fact no mention of Mr Gorsichak and only occasional mention of Russian wine would later become standard by later Western historians in attempting not to overlook all possibilities in order.
