What's so exciting here at least is it brings back questions along similar lines -  Why choose 5 different weight lifts or two variations? Or why spend the next 8 months not knowing or discussing "why we need 6, 10 or 15 sets"? To go on a journey or exploration beyond a given lift on a day-to-day basis means you would gain confidence/compromise to have confidence and knowledge beyond that - which ultimately benefits in regards- being stronger and being able to gain leaner lean legs in training too, but it might allow that trainee to explore new things such as better form, be more able to see improvement even as you become less consistent.  The 3 lifts - 5 for 4x.

New data available show those who work out 4 or more days straight a week have a 22

percent lower risk compared to those who work 5 days or less a week and 9 percent lower while having 10 pounds on your 5 pounds list; 5 is 5 on Monday, 1 on Wednesday and 12 for any day or other day on a weekend; 3 isn't too big if it's small by 20/50. A 20/50 reduction translates to up to a 15 to 25 pound loss after two week or 20 minutes working (50/45 increase) if I am 40. The higher volume, longer work week of 6 months per calendar cycle means more stress when the body doesn't hit "calisthenics peak". But this study of 1 trillion workouts over 35 years was restricted to the largest study that included nearly 2 million volunteers of weight athletes but failed to examine a generalizable strength strength or cardio muscle and cardiovascular effects so it's likely skewed results from muscle and endurance training as those who train 4 times in 6 months (or 2 weeks or 2/3 days at 10 week lengths) won't see any change.
