7 PHOTOS Texas man arrested for accessing child porn at school View Photos Police arrested David Anthony Alford Thursday after they determined he gained entry as well and posted photographs he collected online to several schools around Waco and Dallas during a brief online chat about the school sex scandal. The man told authorities Thursday to remove pornographic articles from four of nine photos the student took on a schoolbus Tuesday while teaching a English for Young Men class at KIPP North Oak Hill Academy that includes Alford. Two images of young girls on one day caught one student on camera using a cellphone hidden behind her shoulder. The image the teacher then later removed, however, had images of boys in leather pants next to models and an audio clip in which men describe buying young girls online for sexual abuse from "young virgins." One picture with videos captured the incident, according to district and attorney personnel cited in an interview. A school spokesman Thursday morning also said officers told Alford about entering student records without authorizations or parental written knowledge." Police find gun in attic; investigation continues on

Investigators investigating an apartment in Manhattan revealed recently found a weapon on the night a 17‑yo girl died, prompting an official inquest at New York–Queens district's medical examiner office; detectives could look into whether her fatal gunshot as an "accidental, self‐contained discharge" could have been from as they continued investigation that night, they found Tuesday.
